Fitness Data: Performance scores, distance, and time results recorded during your test sessions. These are stored locally on your device and are not shared with us.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions: Payment processing is handled securely through Google Play Billing. We do not store or have access to your credit-card or Google Account information.

2. How We Use Information

We use data solely to:

Provide and improve app functionality;

Maintain performance tracking within your own device;

Process subscriptions and optional token purchases through Google Play Billing; and

Resolve technical issues or bugs.

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

All fitness results are stored locally on your device and can be permanently deleted by uninstalling the App.

We use secure protocols and rely on Google Play Billing for financial transactions to ensure the highest standards of security.

4. User Controls and Data Deletion

You can:

Delete all data by uninstalling the App;

Manage or cancel subscriptions directly from your Google Play account; and

We do not maintain backup copies of your fitness results or personal data.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that such information has been provided, it will be deleted immediately.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use:

Google Play Services (for updates and analytics); and

Google Play Billing (for purchases and subscriptions).
